We are expanding our bench of associates as the practice grows. We build teams for the work in hand from senior people who have done it, not just advised on it. If that is you, we would like to hear from you.
Who we look for
Senior practitioners with a background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or the life sciences, gained in industry, in a delivery system, in health-focused consulting or in clinical practice. We are as interested in how you think as in what you have done: curious and generative people who join ideas together, who have taken risks and can show what they learned, and who believe pharma and health systems can do far better for patients by working together.
How we engage
Associates join on a flexible, project-by-project basis, and the work is global: we go wherever the result must land, mostly remotely, with travel when the work needs it. We have a clear career ladder, from Consultant to Partner, alongside specialists and registered clinicians for work inside live pathways. Everyone who joins takes part in a structured development programme, run to a global consulting standard.
